3 biji, dipotong dadu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;yogurt plain - 1 cawan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;ketumbar - 1 sudu, ditumbuk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;garam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;perasa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;serbuk SHAN briyani&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara2&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;masak nasi + bubuh garam dalam 1 1/2 sudu kecil, jangan sampai terlalu masak... erk, kira 3/4 nak masakla..&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dalam periuk lain, panaskan minyak/ghee, tumis bawang merah hingga kekuningan, masukkan ayam atau daging.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;biar mendidih, atau ayam masak&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;jika guna daging, masukkan air supaya daging empuk, &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;jika guna ayam, tidak perlu tambah air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;kemudian, masukkan tomato, yogurt dan rempah SHAN&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tumis sampai pecah minyak..&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tambahkan garam atau perasa jika perlu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;gaulkan bahan tumis ke dalam nasi,taburkan ketumbar yang powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100g choc chip&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;CARA2&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;gaulkan butter dan gula caster&amp;amp;merah dengan mixer&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;kemudian pecahkan telur dan gaul lagi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;masukkan tepung gandum perlahan2, kemudian serbuk badam dan diikuti baking powder&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;dah habis gaul rata , tutup mixer, taburkan choc pasir&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;sedikit susu pekat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;sedikit esen vanilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;utk kuah puding&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tin susu cair&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 gelas air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 merah telur (yg dibuang di atas)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;esen vanilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;gula&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;susu pekat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;CARA2&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;puding buih&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;rendam agar selama setgh jam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;kemudian masakkan agar2 dgn segelas air hingga didih&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;masukkan cair&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 keping roti&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;CARA2&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan periuk dan masukkan sesenduk gula&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;tunggu hingga gula kekuningan dan cepat2 masukkan air - jangan lama sgt, nnt gula pahit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan gula hangus ke dalam bekas yang /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;ikan kembung 2 ekor&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;cili padi - ikut selera nak pedas letak la banyak&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;bawang - 2 ulas&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;garam&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;asam keping- sikit je&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;limau nipis - 1 biji&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ikan direbus bersama air, garam dan asam keping&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sementara tunggu ikan masak, mayang bawang dan hiris cili padi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ikan dh siap rebus, keluarkan isi ikan, buang tulang, hancurkan isi ikan tu dengan garfu&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Then, masukkan air rebusan ikan tu sikit, bawang dan cili yang dipotong td, dan perah limau sikit.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gaulkan rata.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Siap! &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;*Makan dengan roti canai sedap tau! ;)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div
